This was one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve had. I paid $109 before tipping and left feeling completely ripped off. My car was already fairly clean, but even the few dirty spots weren’t touched. The interior surfaces weren’t wiped, the back seat and center console were ignored, and there were still leaves in the door jambs — it looked like the car wasn’t even properly washed before waxing. A few hours later, it rained and I noticed no water beading, which tells me the wax wasn’t applied correctly, if at all. I also wasn’t informed about a $10 Monday discount until I brought it up myself, which they did refund, but the damage was done. For the price, I expected a thorough job and attention to detail — I got neither. I won’t be returning

If I could leave 0 stars, I would, don’t take your car here unless you are going to stand there and watch them do it. If you aren’t watching them they will do whatever they want to get the money. Bare in mind my car is brand spanking new, 2 weeks old, and I paid 100 dollars to have them detail mainly the front of my car because I went to orlando from miami and so many bugs were stuck to the front. So once I picked up my car as you see in the pictures, all the bug stains are still there, doesn’t look like they vacuumed the little thrash that was in my car and for sure they didn’t wax my car like I asked because if they would have then the bug stains would not be there. The windows aol have water marks, the side mirrors were not cleaned. Absolutely terrible job and then the guy wants me to go back after driving 25 minutes to get there to show him the terrible job they did, why should I have to do that? When the job should have been done right the first time. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and I even gave them a 50 dollar tip but of course since I was in the parking garage parking lot I really couldn’t see the terrible job they did until I had left and was in the sun to
